Ship, digital, or will-call. Tickets may be shipped to your preferred address, held at the outdoor PBO will-call window (located outside at the Kravis Center Dreyfoos Hall entrance), or conveniently delivered to your email. Please select your preferred delivery method at check-out. Subscriptions will be mailed in December each season unless email delivery was selected. For ticket delivery via mail, please allow five business days after purchase. If after five business days, you have not received your tickets, please email email@example.com and we will reprint your tickets and hold them at will-call or email you your tickets. For digital tickets (select “Email” at check-out), you may print the tickets out at home or simply display on a mobile phone at the theater—printing is not required.
No Refunds or Cancellations
All Palm Beach Opera tickets are non-refundable. Tickets are valid only for the date of the performance purchased. Ticket exchanges must be made 72 hours prior to opening night of each opera, and are only provided for seats and/or dates within the same event. Tickets may be returned 48 hours prior to the performance for a tax-deductible charitable donation. If you can’t attend an event, we encourage you to share your tickets with a friend or family member who can enjoy the opera on your behalf.
Lost your Tickets?
Simply contact the Box Office on performance evenings and we will email you your tickets.
Third-Party Ticket Purchases
Please note that all Palm Beach Opera tickets are non-refundable. Do not buy tickets from online scalpers or websites other than pbopera.org or kravis.org. Those tickets are likely invalid or significantly marked up. To ensure your tickets are secured and valid, please purchase directly through either Palm Beach Opera or Kravis Center for the Performing Arts.
Palm Beach Opera offers $10 Rush Tickets for veterans, active duty military, teachers, healthcare workers, students, and government workers with valid IDs. Rush tickets may only be purchased in person at the PBO table, located inside the Kravis Center lobby, beginning 1.5 hours prior to the performance. Rush Tickets are only available for same-day performances. Eligible Rush Ticket buyers may purchase up to two tickets. In the event that a performance has limited availability, Rush Ticket buyers may be asked to wait until 15 minutes prior to the performance to complete a purchase.
Become a subscriber
A subscription includes one ticket for each of the mainstage opera performances per season. Becoming a subscriber ensures you have the best seats for the best price. Subscribers also enjoy special perks like flexible performance dates, free ticket exchanges, access to pre-sales, priority seating, and more. Learn about the benefits of being a member of PBO’s subscriber family below.
