Ticket Delivery Options
You can receive your tickets through one of the following methods:
Mail – Tickets can be shipped to your preferred address. Please allow up to five business days of your purchase for your tickets to be mailed. If your performance is within 10 business days, we recommend selecting digital delivery or will call, as mail may not arrive in time. If you have not received your tickets at least 72 hours before your performance, contact tickets@pbopera.org to request a reprint, which can be emailed to you or held at will-call for pick up with a valid ID on the day of the performance.
Digital (Email) – Select “Email” at checkout to receive digital tickets. You can print them at home or display them on any smart device at the theater during check-in. Printing is not required.
Will Call – Tickets can be picked up with a valid ID on the day of the performance at the outdoor will call window, located outside the Kravis Center’s Dreyfoos Hall entrance. Please arrive early to allow time for pickup before the opera begins.
Subscription Deliveries
Subscription tickets are mailed in December, every season unless you select email delivery at checkout. You may also schedule an appointment to pick up your subscription tickets at our office. Please visit the subscription page for more information.
Refund Policy
All purchases are final. Palm Beach Opera does not offer refunds on tickets, unless the performance is cancelled. If you are unable to attend an event or performance, you may:
Exchange Your Ticket(s) for another performance of the same production at least 72 hours before the originally scheduled performance—subject to availability. An exchange fee of $5.00 per ticket will apply for single ticket orders. Exchanges are not available for missed performances.
Donate Your Ticket(s) to Palm Beach Opera as a tax-deductible contribution. You must return your tickets at least 48 hours before your scheduled performance.
Gift Your Unused Tickets to a Friend or Family. Simply, forward your digital tickets or contact the box office in advance with an alternate pick-up name.
Lost Tickets?
Please email tickets@pbopera.org at least 24 hours of your performance time so we can reissue them in advance. If you’re unable to reach us in time, reprinted tickets will be available for pickup at will call on the day of the performance.
Third-Party Ticket Sellers
To ensure a safe and secure ticket purchase, please only buy tickets directly from Palm Beach Opera through our official website or from the Kravis Center’s authorized box office.
Tickets purchased from unauthorized resellers or third-party websites (such as ticket brokers or secondary market platforms) may be overpriced, invalid, or fraudulent. Palm Beach Opera cannot guarantee the authenticity of tickets not purchased through our official channels, and we are unable to assist with issues involving third-party purchases.

Group Sales
Groups of 10 or more save 10% on single ticket prices! To reserve your group tickets, contact us at tickets@pbopera.org or call the box office at 561.833.7888.
Rush Tickets
Palm Beach Opera offers $25 same-day rush tickets for current students, teachers, healthcare workers, active military, veterans, and government employees with valid ID.
Tickets are available in person only at the Kravis Center Box Office, starting two hours before each mainstage performance.
Each eligible guest may purchase up to two tickets. Seating is based on availability and assigned at the discretion of box office staff. If a performance is nearly sold out, rush buyers may need to wait until 15 minutes before curtain to complete their purchase.
2026 Season Subscriptions
A subscription includes one ticket for each of the mainstage opera performances per season. Becoming a subscriber ensures you have the best seats for the best price. Subscribers also enjoy special perks like flexible performance dates, free ticket exchanges, access to pre-sales, priority seating, and more. Keep Your Seats
Like the seats in your current subscription? Subscribers who renew by the Subscription Renewal Deadline of May 31 will be able to have their same excellent seats year after year!
Priority Seating
As a subscriber, you get your choice of the best seats available before tickets go on sale to the general public. Single tickets go on sale to the general public in early fall each season, but subscribers enjoy an exclusive pre-sale purchasing opportunity. When you renew at the end of the season, you’ll also have the ability to change your seats before the general public is able to buy tickets.
Ticket Exchange Fees
Only subscribers receive ticket exchanges with no exchange fee up to 72 hours prior to opening night of each opera. Ticket exchange fees are $5 per ticket for single ticket buyers.
Save Each Season
Starting in 2026, subscribers save 10% compared to Single Ticket Prices.
Exclusive Events
Subscribers are invited to exclusive subscriber-only events.
Opera Passport
PBO is happy to extend a benefit to all subscribers through OPERA America’s Opera Passport program. Subscribers enjoy discounts of at least 10% on tickets when you travel to nearly 100 participating opera companies in the United States and Canada. Seating Map
When you purchase single tickets online, you can choose your own seat right on our website and navigate the various seating sections. For subscriptions purchased online, you’ll select your desired section at check out and our box office team will select the best available seats for you. Seating details for all online purchases are always provided in an email confirmation after you submit payment.
