DONATION CRITERIA AND GUIDELINES
Palm Beach Opera is proud to support local nonprofit organizations through ticket donations for fundraising events and charitable causes. We are able to help our community by granting a limited number of requests each year.
Each request is reviewed with consideration to our performance schedule and ticket availability.
Eligibility
• Requests are accepted from verified 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations.
• Priority is given to organizations that support the arts, education, and community enrichment in Palm Beach County and the South Florida region.
• Only one donation per organization will be considered every other year.
• Donations are limited in quantity and based on ticket availability.
Donation Details
• Standard donations consist of two (2) tickets to a designated performance within the opera season.
• Performance dates are subject to availability, and seat locations are selected by Palm Beach Opera.
• Due to the timing of our mainstage opera season (January – March), only events that occur between December and March will be considered.
• Ticket may not be exchanged, refunded, or upgraded.
• Tickets will be held at the Kravis Center Box Office for will-call pick-up on the day of the selected performance.
• Donations are not redeemable for cash and cannot be resold.
• Organizations will be notified by email once a decision has been made.
Submission Requirements
Requests must be submitted at least one month prior to the event date and include:
• Organization name and nonprofit status
• Event name, purpose, and date
• Contact person’s name, phone number, and email address
• Organization letterhead (digital or printed)
• (Optional but encouraged) Desired response date — please indicate if your organization requires confirmation by a specific deadline so we may do our best to accommodate.
