At Palm Beach Opera, we are committed to ensuring that every patron can enjoy the experience of live opera in a way that feels comfortable, welcoming, and seamless.
Our mainstage performances take place at Dreyfoos Hall at the Kravis Center for the Performing Arts. While the venue provides many accessibility features, our team work closely with their staff to help coordinate accommodations and support your experience from the moment you arrive.
Seating
Accessible seating, including wheelchair spaces, transfer seats, and companion seating, is available throughout the theater and identified online. As availability is limited, we encourage securing these seats at the time of purchase. If you have specific needs or would like assistance, please contact our Box Office.
Service Animals
As a general rule, animals are not permitted within the theater. However, service animals are welcome. If you plan to attend with a service animal, we recommend notifying the Box Office in advance so we can help ensure a comfortable seating arrangement for you and your animal.
Please note: A service animal must be under the control of the handler at all times. If a service animal is out of control and the handler does not take effective action to control it, or if it is not housebroken, the owner and their service animal will be asked to leave the premises. Emotional support animals are not permitted.
Braille & Large Print Synopses
For those who prefer Braille or large print, you can pick up synopses before each mainstage performance at the Guest Services Desk inside Dreyfoos Hall. These are provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
Assisted Listening Devices
Need enhanced audio support? Assisted listening devices are available at the Guest Services Desk. Devices are provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
Supertitles
All mainstage performances include supertitles, large English translations displayed above the stage, allowing patrons to follow along from most seating areas throughout the theater.
