Ticket requests for Rigoletto must be submitted by Thursday, March 12 at 5pm.
All tickets will be held for will call pickup at the Kravis Center Box Office. Tickets are available for pick-up beginning two hours prior to curtain. Kravis Center policies do not allow patrons without tickets to enter the lobby. PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT THE KRAVIS CENTER BOX OFFICE ABOUT THIS REQUEST. All comp requests are handled through the PBO Box Office.
If you would like to purchase additional tickets beyond your two complimentary ones, please contact the Box Office at 561.833.7888. It may not be possible for us to seat complimentary tickets next to any tickets you purchase. Please review the updated guidelines below before submitting your request.
Guidelines
- Complimentary tickets are limited to two per person.
- Duplicate submission or request for additional complimentary tickets will result in the request being declined.
- Complimentary tickets can’t be exchanged for a different performance date or new seats. If you would like to purchase additional tickets beyond your two complimentary ones, please contact the Box Office at 561.833.7888. It may not be possible for us to seat complimentary tickets next to any tickets you purchase.
- Tickets may be transferred only if the change is communicated to the Box Office via email only (tickets@pbopera.org) at least 24 hours prior to performance time.
- Tickets must be picked up by the person listed on the form or the approved transferee, with a valid photo ID.
- Complimentary tickets will be reserved in the best seating available, on a first come, first serve basis based on submission date of your request.
- Complimentary tickets are guaranteed only upon submission of this form. Requests made verbally or outside of this process will not be honored.
- Disruptive patrons will not be allowed to enter the performance, and future comps may be denied.
Supervision of Minors Policy: If comp tickets are being requested for minors, the requesting artist must ensure that:
- There is at least one adult per child, and
- All supervising adults are accounted for within the comp allocation or through purchased tickets.
