Jennifer Wilson

Jennifer Wilson serves as the voice teacher/administrator for the Studio Program at PBO. This free training program provides area high school students with monthly voice lessons, masterclasses, and college prep lectures. Jennifer also works as a Teaching Artist for the PBO Education and Community Engagement team. Her projects have included Opera: Our Story, Story Time Series, and the Interability Chorus in partnership with the Els Center for Excellence. Additionally, she serves as a vocal coach at Dreyfoos School of the Arts for grades 10-12.

As a member of the Palm Beach Opera chorus, Jennifer has appeared in many productions including Carmen, L’elisir d’amore, The Merry Widow, Turandot, Le Nozze di Figaro, Don Giovanni, Candide, Tosca, Don Pasquale and The Pirates of Penzance. She has also worked as a chorister for Florida Grand Opera. A native of St. Louis, Jennifer earned her Bachelor’s degree in Vocal Performance from DePauw University and her Master’s Degree from the New England Conservatory. She has attended many young artist programs, including Miami Music Festival, OperaWorks, Taos Opera Institute, and Pittsburgh Festival Opera. She is a member of the Royal Poinciana Chapel chorale, a group of professional singers with expertise in sacred music.
