Frequently asked questions
A group consists of 10 or more tickets to the same performance. If your group falls below 10 tickets, group pricing and benefits will no longer apply.
Eligible groups receive 15% off regular single-ticket pricing. The price per ticket is based on the seating section selected and performance date.
Please complete the Group Sales Request Form online. After you request is received, the Box Office will contact you to confirm availability, pricing, and next steps.
Group orders may be paid in up to three installments, according to the payment schedule outlined in the Group Sales Agreement.
All payments must be coordinated through the designated group contact or organization. Individual payments from group members are not accepted. Final payment is due 30 days prior to your scheduled performance date.
Additional tickets may be added to your group order, subject to availability, up to 48 hours prior to your
scheduled performance. If a reduction is requested after payment has been made, the value of the released ticket(s) will be converted to a tax-deductible donation to Palm Beach Opera.
Seating preferences may be requested during the reservation process and are subject to availability at the time of booking. Accessible seating and services are available upon request. Please include any accessibility needs when completing the Group Sales Request Form.
Tickets may be delivered by mail, held for pickup at the Box Office, or made available in advance at our office location. Digital ticket delivery is not currently available for group orders. All tickets are delivered together. The group contact is responsible for distributing tickets to group attendees.
