Ksenia Leletkina

Russian-born pianist Ksenia Leletkina enjoys a flourishing career as an accomplished vocal coach, recitalist, and conductor. She is currently in her fifth season at Palm Beach Opera as Principal Coach and Assistant Conductor, where critics have praised her “brilliant” playing. One of the preeminent specialists in Russian diction and repertoire, she recently joined the music staff at the Metropolitan Opera for Shostakovich’s Lady Macbeth of Mtsensk, and she is the co-author of Anthology of Russian Song, with future projects that include the next volume of the Russian Opera Libretti series. Dr. Leletkina has also been a vocal coach for Eastman Opera Theatre, Opera Naples, the Renata Scotto Opera Program, and the Italian summer programs “Si parla, si canta,” and Villa Nigra Opera Festival. She spent the last two summers on the podium as a conductor at the Kenosha Opera Summer Festival, leading productions of La Fille du Régiment and Il barbiere di Siviglia. Dr. Leletkina earned her DMA from the Eastman School of Music, and her MM from the Cleveland Institute of Music.
