I am a single ticket holder. Can I exchange or get a refund for my tickets?
No, there are no refunds or exchanges on single tickets. If you are unable to use your tickets you may return them to the Palm Beach Opera Box Office within 48 hours prior to the performance for a tax deduction.

I am a season subscriber. Can I exchange or get a refund for my tickets?
No, there are no refunds however you may receive a tax donation for your unused ticket. Ticket exchanges may be made up to 72 hours prior to regularly scheduled performances for a different day of the same opera performance based on availability. There is a $10 per ticket fee for each exchange transaction. Palm Beach Opera members are entitled to one exchange without charge.

What is the difference between “single tickets” and a “season subscription?”
A season subscription is a ticket package that includes same seats for all 4 opera performances at a discounted price. Single tickets are purchased for each performance individually. The same seats for multiple performances cannot be guaranteed.

Yes! Groups of 10 or more save up BIG on tickets for our mainstage performances. Contact Group Sales for more information.

What if I lose my tickets?
Have no fear. We will reissue your tickets for your same performance and seat location. Simply notify the Box Office prior to your performance date to use this service 561.833.7888.

Do children need a ticket?
Yes. Every person who enters the theater needs a ticket, no matter their age.
