The balance will be automatically charged to the same credit card on June 30. If paying by check, balance due will be invoiced. If you subscribe after June 30 and before September 1, you will be charged/invoiced for the balance 30 days after order date. No refunds.
FREE TICKET EXCHANGES
Ticket exchanges may be made up to 72 hours prior to regularly scheduled performances for a different day of the same opera performance based on availability.
LOST TICKETS
As a subscriber we guarantee replacement of lost tickets. Lost tickets will be reissued for your same performance and seat location. Please notify the Box Office prior to your performance date to use this service.
UNUSED TICKETS
If you are unable to use your tickets you can return them back to the Box Office for a tax donation. Tickets must be received at least 48 hours prior to the performance to be eligible for the tax donation.
All Palm Beach Opera tickets are non-refundable.
