A season subscription includes one ticket to each of the three mainstage opera performances. Subscribers receive priority seating, savings compared to Single Ticket prices, flexible ticket exchanges, and early Single Ticket access before they go on sale to the public.

Lunch & Learn Packages

A favorite among our patrons, Lunch & Learn provides the insights you need to fully appreciate each opera. Enjoy an elegant luncheon while PBO’s Andrea & Ken Brodlieb General Director James Barbato brings each opera to life through a presentation about the important background details you won’t see on stage, along with an engaging storytelling of the plot and musical highlights performed by PBO’s talented Laufer Resident Artists.

Important Dates/Deadlines

July 3: Deadline to renew or request seating changes

July 6–10: Fulfillment period of subscription change requests (based on availability)

July 13–17: New subscriptions available to current donors

July 20–24: New subscriptions available to current subscribers

July 27: New subscriptions available to the public

August 3–14: Single tickets available to donors

August 17–31: Single tickets available to subscribers

September 1: Single tickets on sale to public

How Do I Keep My Seats?

Love your current seats? Renew by July 3, 2026 to keep your existing seats for the 2027 Season.
 
Subscription seats are tied to the original subscriber account and are non-transferable.

Seats not renewed by the deadline will be released.

How Do I Request Different Seats?

Subscribers who would like to request a seating change should renew their current subscription first and submit a seating change request during the renewal process.
 
Seat change requests are reviewed after the renewal deadline and before new subscriptions go on sale to the public, subject to availability.
 
If a seating option become available, the Box Office will contact you to review your options. Any difference in price will be adjusted accordingly.

How Do I Exchange My Tickets?

Subscribers who cannot attend one of the performances in their subscription may exchange tickets up to 72 hours before the opening night of each opera with no exchange fee, subject to availability.
 
Ticket prices and seating availability may vary by performance date and exchanges are available once Single Tickets go on sale.

What If I Need Accessible Seating?

Palm Beach Opera is committed to creating an accessible and welcoming experience for all patrons.
 
Accessible seating is available, but inventory is limited. We encourage patrons requiring accessible seating or accommodations to contact the Box Office in advance.

Where Are Performances Held?

All mainstage, subscription performances take place in Dreyfoos Hall at the Kravis Center for the Performing Arts – 701 Okeechobee Boulevard.

Are Subscriptions Transferable?

No. Subscription seats and subscriber benefits are non-transferable and tied to the original subscriber account until released.

Can I Purchase Additional Tickets?

Subscribers receive early access to purchase additional Subscriptions and Single Tickets before public on-sale dates.

Can I Purchase Tickets from Another Website?

Palm Beach Opera and the Kravis Center are the only authorized ticket sellers.

Tickets purchased through third-party websites may be invalid, subject to higher prices, additional fees, or delivery issues and cannot be guaranteed.

When Will I Receive My Subscription Tickets?

If you selected digital delivery, your tickets will be emailed to you immediately after purchase and may be added to your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.

Will Call tickets may be picked up on the day of your performance at the Kravis Center Box Office windows.

Mailed subscription tickets begin shipping in December. Subscribers may also arrange Box Office pickup by appointment beginning December 1.

Can I Print My Digital Tickets?

While digital tickets are recommended for the easiest entry experience, patrons may also print their tickets at home.

What if I Lose My Subscription Tickets?

The Box Office can resend digital tickets or prepare tickets for Will Call pickup at the Kravis Center or office pickup by appointment. Subscription tickets cannot be remailed.

Are Translations Provided?

English translations (supertitles) are projected above the stage during mainstage performances.

What is the Gold Circle Section?

Gold Circle seating is available on Opening Nights (Fridays) and access to purchase seats in this section is a benefit for donors who contribute at least $1,000 annually.
