Concerts in the Classroom
Maximum 10 Concerts – $5,000
Your sponsorship allows students to experience the magic of opera without leaving the classroom! PBO Young Artists will sing arias and ensembles from favorite operas and discuss elements of opera with students. Teachers are provided with resources to prepare students for the performance.
PBO Studio
Mentor Program – $5,000
Your sponsorship enables High school students age 16+ who are enrolled in a theater or vocal program or who intend to pursue music, theater or technical theater in college or after graduation to experience behind-the-scenes access to performances and rehearsals, interact with artists and stage personnel, and obtain hands-on technical production experience.

Family Opera features a live orchestra, lavish scenery, chorus, and Palm Beach Opera’s talented Young Artists in an abridged family-friendly 90 minute version. Set changes take place with an open curtain, giving children an exclusive glimpse into how the magic happens on the opera stage! In addition, the lobby opens an hour prior to the performance with Education Stations full of fun and artsy projects for children of all ages. After the performance, children have the unique opportunity to meet the Young Artists for photos and autographs. Through Ticket Sponsors, Palm Beach Opera is able to offer a wonderful opportunity for underprivileged families and children to experience opera in a full size theater.
Young Artist Programs
Young Artist Program
Individual Young Artist Sponsor (up to 7 artists) $12,500
The Palm Beach Opera Young Artist Program (YAP) targets skills necessary to enable an emerging professional artist who is at the precipice of beginning a fully-professional career. Palm Beach Opera provides each young artist a monthly stipend, either housing or a housing stipend, extra fees per shared recital or other concert event, a travel stipend, voice lessons with PBO approved teachers in the Palm Beach area, and master classes, professional workshops, vocal coaching, etc. with a variety of guest artists and teachers arranged by PBO during the period of the contract.
One Opera One Hour

This one hour abridged version of operatic works features musical highlights with piano accompaniment tied together by easy-to-follow narration. Watch Palm Beach Opera’s talented Young Artists deliver superb singing and intense drama in the intimate Harriet Himmel Theater at CityPlace!
